Installation Instructions
General Changes
- Better Drops!
- Gambling tweaked!
- Gear overhauled!
- Teleporting no longer works in the Countess's Tower level 5 and Uber Tristram
- Increased the Resistance penalties, which are now:
- Normal: -30%
- Nightmare: -80%
- Hell: -140%
- Walking velocity increased to be slightly lower than running speed to encourage blocking, dodging, etc.
- Increased life per level to:
- Barbarian: 6 life per level
- Assassin / Amazon / Paladin: 5 life per level
- Sorceress: 4 life per level
- Necromancer / Druid: 4 life per level
- Increased life per vitality to:
- Barbarian: 20
- Amazon / Assassin / Paladin: 16
- Druid / Necromancer / Sorceress: 8
- Gloves, Belts and Boots can now appear with sockets and make these runewords
- New cube recipe to create a socket in unique or set armor and weapons found on the runewords page
- All monsters have increased velocity (movement speed)
- Monster density has been increased in all areas
- All monster life has been increased by 150%
- All monster damage has been increased by 200%
- All monster spells now do more damage
- Blood Moor is more dangerous to the starting adventurer
- Some monsters have a chance on death to use certain spells
- Many of the boss areas have been given greater difficulty
- Lifesteal now works 100% in Normal and Nightmare and 50% in Hell
Major Class Changes
- Every class has major changes
Summon (Druid & Necromancer) Level Abilities
- Level 20: +30% Faster Run/Walk & +20 All Resistances, +5% Max Resist, Cannot be Frozen
- Level 25: +20 All Resistances, +25% Damage Reduction, 25% HP, 100 heal-kill, 5% Max Resist
- Level 30: +20-30 All Resistances, +15% Damage Reduction
- Level 35: +50% Poison Resistance, +10% Max Poison Resist, +5% Crushing Blow, +5-10% Lifesteal
- Level 40: Unique Weapon, +10% Damage Reduction, +10% Max Resist
- Skeleton & Skeleton Mage: Tomb Reaver
- Clay Golem: The Generals Tan Do Li Ga
- Blood Golem: The Grandfather
- Fire Golem: Flamebellow
- Spirit Wolf: Lightsabre
- Dire Wolf: Horizon's Tornado
- Grizzly: Windhammer
Hireling Changes
- All Hirelings have the same stats no matter what difficulty you hire them from
- Act 1 Rogues now have Vigor as an aura (at lvl 18) and use Multi-Shot (at lvl 6), Cold Arrow = Freezing Arrow (at lvl 30), Fire Arrow = Immolation Arrow (at lvl 24)
- Act 2 Mercs now have Feral Rage and Zeal; also, Thorns aura merc (Nightmare Combat Merc) has been replaced with Meditation aura merc (low level Meditation)
- Act 3 Mercs now have much better spells and carry the Conviction aura:
- Act 5 Barbarians now have Cleansing aura, use Fury, Feral Rage and War Cry
